### **We are looking for: IT Project Consultant** **León, Guanajuato | On-site** **Schedule:** 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. In this position, you will be responsible for **coordinating, executing, and monitoring** technology projects, ensuring compliance with scope, timelines, and quality. We are seeking a professional with strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and experience in IT project management. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the full IT project lifecycle (planning, coordination, monitoring, and closure). * Conduct requirements gathering and functional analysis. * Document progress, risks, deliverables, and agreements. * Coordinate with technical teams, key users, and external vendors. * Ensure adherence to schedules, budget, and service quality. * Propose improvements to work processes and methodologies. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * Experience in **IT project management**, tracking deliverables, and stakeholder engagement. * Knowledge of agile and traditional methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK). * Ability to perform analysis, technical documentation, and technical communication. * Desired experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar. ### **Key Competencies** * Organization and monitoring * Effective communication * Problem solving * Results orientation * Collaborative work * Analytical thinking **If you are interested and meet the profile, we invite you to apply.**
