




Summary: This role involves providing comprehensive IT support, including troubleshooting hardware and software, managing user accounts, and maintaining clear communication. Highlights: 1. Manage user accounts and perform software/hardware installations **Skills and qualifications:** * Bachelors degree in the IT field (currently studying or graduated) * Bilingual (English\-Spanish) * Able to work Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm **Job description** * **Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:** Diagnosing and resolving issues with computer hardware, software, and networks. * **User Support:** Providing technical assistance to users through various channels, including phone, email, or in\-person. * **Account Management:** Managing user accounts, including password resets and account unlocking. * **Software and Hardware Installation:** Installing and configuring new software and hardware. * **Documentation:** Documenting issues and their resolutions for future reference. * **Escalation:** Escalating complex issues to higher\-level IT personnel when necessary * **Data Management:** Backing up and restoring data files. * **Communication:** Maintaining clear and effective communication with users and other IT personnel.
