Develop into a subject matter expert for Supply Chain and Finance modules **Key Functions:** * Provide ERP support across Supply Chain and Finance areas. * Collaborate with functional teams to optimize processes, gather needs, and define business requirements. * Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for the IT development team. * Coordinate the end\-to\-end implementation cycle: from requirements gathering, IT specifications, development, testing, deployment, and UAT. * Develop into a subject matter expert (SME) for Supply Chain and Finance modules. * Ensure adherence to company policies related to Data Governance and Change Control. **Skills \& Qualifications:** * Bilingual: Spanish and English. * Business process and continuous improvements. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. * Experience in Project Management. * Microsoft Dynamics \- ERP knowledge is preferrable. * Programming knowledge and SQL skills are a plus.
