




Job Summary: Analyst with solid expertise in ADVANCED EXCEL and databases to monitor processes, develop queries, and manage telecommunications expenses, possessing programming skills and customer service capabilities. Teamwork, proactive attitude, and commitment Mandatory requirement: ADVANCED EXCEL (creation of pivot tables, tables, database-oriented usage \*) English - (Preferred) Responsibilities: Analysis and statistics regarding telephony consumption. Development of queries and process monitoring. Knowledge of software architecture and databases. Ability to work under pressure to ensure timely project delivery. Service Desk (help desk) support for applications/software focused on administration and management of telecommunications expenses. Registration, classification, and tracking of incidents and requests until resolution (Trouble Ticket System). Qualifications: Basic to intermediate knowledge of programming techniques using (JavaScript, PHP, jQuery, Ajax, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3). Intermediate knowledge of database administration (MySQL and SQL). Desired knowledge: jQuery, Bootstrap, ADOBE SUITE. Knowledge of IT, networks, telephony, communications, software, and hardware. Skills: Analytical ability. Attention to detail and verbal/written communication with customers. Excellent attitude, camaraderie, teamwork, proactivity, and commitment.
