Position Purpose: Control inventory of the assigned account’s products by defining and supervising controls to verify that no discrepancies occur during customer merchandise storage. * Control sequential numbering of documents (supporting documents for product movements), physically verifying them against those recorded in internal controls, to manage supporting documentation for product movements. * Record and reconcile product movements in the system, analyzing and entering information contained in the documents, to maintain a reliable database of stored products. * Support cyclic inventory counts according to process needs, coordinating with applicable Cedis and floor staff for product counting, comparing physical count results with system records, analyzing whether any movements remain unapplied, and performing system corrections to support control of stored products. * Coordinate with the control desk on product replenishment based on priority classification, to provide guidance to floor staff for product picking. * Ensure compliance with current regulatory requirements under the client’s and organization’s quality management systems. * Batch-level inventory control * Ensure compliance with current regulatory requirements under the client’s and organization’s Quality Management System. * Ensure compliance with the organization’s established Industrial Safety programs, policies, and procedures. * Adhere to good storage practices; keep workplace clean and organized.
