Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the safe and efficient operation of facilities, equipment, and systems within a personalized medicine laboratory. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities and equipment. 2. Support maintenance of critical systems such as HVAC and pumping. 3. Collaborate in the maintenance of production and laboratory equipment. At OmicronLab, we are a personalized medicine laboratory. We specialize in preparing compounded medicinal formulations adhering to the highest quality standards. **General Objective:** Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facilities, equipment, and systems across the organization, ensuring their safe and efficient operation while complying with internal guidelines and applicable regulations. **Responsibilities:** 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities (offices, operational areas, and common areas). 2. Carry out basic electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, and minor structural repairs. 3. Support maintenance of air conditioning and compressed air systems. 4. Support maintenance of water, pumping, and cooling/heating equipment. 5. Support maintenance of production equipment, laboratory equipment, and the electrical generator. 6. Record activities in designated logs and forms. 7. Promptly report detected failures or anomalies. 8. Assist external vendors during technical service visits. 9. Comply with safety, hygiene, and good practice standards. 10.
