Position Summary: This role involves comprehensive management of import and export documentation, inventory control, and logistics coordination for international trade operations. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in inventory control and document verification. 2. Knowledge of foreign trade regulations and customs annexes. 3. Preparation of import/export invoices and logistics documents. **Responsibilities (Description of Activities):** ------------------------------------------------- * Inventory control, inbound and outbound shipments for US BROKER * Document verification for inbound shipments of US BROKER * Requesting and confirming CBP handling authorization for INBOND cargo * Preparation of import invoices (MP, MAQ, MRO’s). * Preparation of warehouse loading orders in U.S. warehouses. * Requesting CFDI\+CCP from carrier in IMPORT * Preparation of export documents with US BROKER (SED, IN\-BOND, etc.). * Preparation of import documents for Mexican Customs (COVE, DODA, Pedimento, etc.). * Daily communication and delivery of imported materials to internal customers. * Monitoring of cross-border units and delivery of import transportation units. * Recording incident reports and discrepancies identified in the receiving area. * Preparation of shipping labels (UPS, FedEx, DHL, freight forwarders, etc.). * Knowledge of ANNEX (22\-24\-24c\-31\). * Knowledge of foreign trade regulations. * Knowledge of import and export invoice preparation. * Loading layouts into various systems. **Qualifications (Essential requirements for the position):** ------------------------------------------------------------- * Knowledge of ANNEX (22\-24\-24c\-31\). * Knowledge of foreign trade regulations. * Knowledge of import and export invoice preparation. * Loading layouts into various systems. * Proficiency with TXT files, SQL, Excel.
