Job Description * Analyze risks associated with Basic Operational Work Instructions. * Implement SOPs and Standards based on the annual work plan. * Execute the HSE Training Plan. * Immediately report critical issues—such as incidents or business interruptions—to Central. * Maintain metrics and reports updated timely and accurately. * Document analyses for critical and recurring issues. * Conduct effective risk assessments for site change controls, new products, and work instructions. * Implement the HSE Framework. * Ensure regulatory compliance. * Verify floor-level implementation of the Safety First culture through BBS (Behavior-Based Safety). * Uphold HSE standards. * Authorize contractor work for high-risk activities. * Report the site’s legal obligations to the Municipality, State, and STPS. * Participate in completing ST\-7, ST\-9, and ST\-8 forms for work-related risk cases filed with IMSS. * Operational control of activities managed by DHL within the client’s automotive industry site, requiring additional alignment with the client’s HSE standards. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field. 2–3 years of HSE experience. * Basic English proficiency. * Automotive industry experience preferred.
