




Position Summary: We are seeking a Help Desk Agent to provide support, manage tickets, and perform administrative and audit functions. Key Highlights: 1. We are a company specialized in the Design, Construction, Maintenance, and Certification of Infrastructure for Data Centers, and we are looking for your talent as a: **Help Desk Agent**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide support to service areas * Continuously review received and registered tickets at the Help Desk. * Route tickets to the appropriate department or assist in the process to close them. * Support obtaining required documentation to bill for services provided * Manage spare parts, consumables, office supplies, and document their usage * Conduct audits on service reports. * Provide administrative support for internal and external audits * Availability to attend to customers during assigned shifts. * Execute and maintain control over emergencies related to delivered services **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; a degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field is desirable * Experience in customer service; experience in IT is desirable * Service-oriented attitude and enthusiasm **We Offer:** Statutory benefits.
