Restaurant SOLARIEGA CENIT\- ACAPANTZINGO is looking for: HEAD WAITER Job Objective: Lead the waitstaff team to ensure an exceptional service experience that drives restaurant sales through upselling and cross\-selling techniques, strategic table management, promotion of profitable products, and optimization of customer flow. Key Responsibilities: \* Execute and supervise upselling and cross\-selling strategies at all tables. \* Monitor average check per table, setting daily and weekly targets. \* Train waitstaff in consultative selling techniques and objection handling. \* Participate in daily sales analysis and propose immediate improvement actions. \* Lead shift briefings with a focus on sales targets. \* Supervise service standards and staff presentation. \* Coordinate with kitchen and bar to meet delivery times and ensure availability of key products. \* Ensure order in all areas, table setup, and overall operation. \* Support training of new waiters/bussers. Job Competencies: \* Knowledge of cuts, wines, spirits, mixology, and food pairing \* Consultative selling techniques, persuasion, and gastronomic storytelling. \* Service timing control and logistics. \* Results\-oriented leadership. \* Effective and assertive communication. \* Problem resolution during service. \* Negotiation and persuasion skills. \* Total customer orientation and commercial goal focus. Requirements: \- Minimum experience: 2–3 years as Head Waiter \- Proven experience increasing sales in food \& beverage. \- Flexible availability and ability to work under pressure.
