We’re hiring a: **Finance Generalist** LatAm This role is ideal for someone early to mid\-career in finance or accounting who wants **hands\-on experience**, exposure to a growing international company, and a clear path to level up. What you’ll do * Support accounting operations, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and account reconciliations * Assist with monthly and year\-end closings, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting * Work with NetSuite to maintain clean and reliable financial data * Support audits, documentation, and compliance requirements * Collaborate with senior finance leaders and external accountants as needed **What we’re looking for** * 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or similar roles * Experience working with NetSuite ERP. * Basic understanding of payroll processes and tax\-related documentation * Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting * Studies in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (technical degree, bachelor’s in progress, or completed) * English fluency required **Why join us?** You’ll gain hands\-on experience supporting the finance operations of a growing global company.
