Requirements: Education: Completed technical degree in electromechanics, electricity, refrigeration or related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in general building and peripheral equipment maintenance. Personal skills: Proactivity, analytical and problem-solving ability, results orientation, and communication skills. Required knowledge: General building maintenance: knowledge of plumbing, painting, and masonry. Maintenance and operation of electrical panels. Knowledge of electrical substations. Maintenance of air conditioning equipment. Main responsibilities: Perform inspection, preventive, and corrective maintenance routines on facilities and equipment. Maintain equipment in optimal operating condition, ensuring service continuity. Conduct diagnostics and repairs in case of failures or breakdowns, minimizing downtime. Record performed maintenance activities, ensuring proper tracking of work. Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with operational standards. Collaborate with the maintenance team in executing projects and facility improvements. Implement and maintain the 5S methodology in assigned areas, ensuring an orderly, clean, and efficient work environment.
