Activities contributing to improve part producibility, reduce losses and build supplier relationships also include actions linked to technical improvement of existing products and resolve issues through immediate action or short\-term planning.**Job Description** =================== **Roles and Responsibilities** * Support evaluation and disposition of non\-conformances to develop engineering judgement on producibility related issues. * Work design, analysis, and/or evaluation of assigned projects with guidance using sound engineering principles, adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements. This work would include mechanical and/or electrical engineering for all products. * Developing in\-depth knowledge of a technical discipline with guidance. Uses experience and acquired technical expertise, as it is gained, to execute according to policy/strategy. * Develop understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. * Use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Mechanical, Aerospace, or closely related field of Engineering. * English skills: Must be able to maintain a simple conversation in English. * Presentation Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and accurately. * Ability in managing own projects. * Problem\-solving skills with guidance. * Fundamentals of ANSYS or FEA. * Experience in manufacturing process. **Desired Characteristics** * Previous experience in design. * Flexible and friendly approach to working in teams. * Fundamental understanding of GD\&T. * Interest in being a self\-starter with a passion for problem solving and driving solutions, while constantly learning and looking for mentorship. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. * Fundamental understanding of turbine system design. **Additional Information** ========================== **Relocation Assistance Provided:** No
