




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring high-quality service through effective communication, administrative coordination, and timely support, while managing platforms, benefits, and processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Platform administration and vendor management. 2. Employee benefits and insurance management. 3. Efficient administrative coordination and timely support. **What You’ll Do** * Provide support and administer the AMEX platform, including creation and maintenance of PVM Mexico staff profiles for flight and accommodation requests. * Manage and track expatriate payment requests, ensuring accurate information is sent to relevant departments until full expense closure. * Track immigration procedures in coordination with immigration counsel, supporting documentation collection, signatures, and required items for corresponding processes. * Monitor and coordinate with Prowork, tracking responses from involved parties. * Serve as superuser for the DHL account and handle administrative coordination with the vendor. * Manage water jugs and oversee relationships with vending machine vendors, requesting commission invoices and tracking corresponding payments / coffee machine administration. * Manage company-provided vehicles per current vehicle policy, including insurance and general unit services. * Administer employee benefits and insurance (Lockton, MINU, TotalPass, Medical Check-Up), ensuring proper administration and clear communication to employees. * Manage cleaning staff, ensuring fulfillment of their duties and appropriate coordination with vendors. * Track facility maintenance issues, such as doors, restrooms, and other areas. **What We Need From You** **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in economics or administration-related fields. **Experience**: Customer service, service and personnel administration, benefits (minimum 1 year of experience). **Training**: SAP for SOLPED creation and tracking. **About the Role** Ensure high-quality service delivery to both internal and external customers through effective communication, efficient administrative coordination, and timely support.
