




**Job Objective** Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on the farm’s electrical and plumbing installations, ensuring the proper functioning of critical systems for animal welfare, operational efficiency, and staff safety. **Main Responsibilities** * Install new electrical systems (low and medium voltage) in poultry houses, production areas, and offices. * Maintain existing electrical lines, distribution panels, lighting, motorized pumps, extractors, automatic feeders, and ventilation systems. * Install and repair plumbing systems in drinkers, water lines, wash areas, restrooms, and animal handling zones. * Verify correct operation of hydraulic pumps, pressure systems, and piping. * Detect and correct electrical or hydraulic failures that could compromise animal health or facility safety. * Comply with biosecurity standards and internal protocols when entering production zones. * Keep maintenance records and report incidents to the relevant department. * Support infrastructure expansion or renovation projects. **Job Requirements** **Education:** * Technical degree in Electricity, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. * (Desirable) Courses or certifications in plumbing or hydraulic installations. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years in similar positions, preferably in the agribusiness or industrial sector. * Experience with low- and medium-voltage electrical systems. * Knowledge of hydraulic and sanitary installations. **Technical Knowledge:** * Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics. * Installation of conduit, PVC, CPVC, and PEX piping. * Use of electrical and plumbing tools. * Basic electrical standards (NOM-001-SEDE, etc.). * Knowledge of water pumps, electrical panels, contactors, and motor starters. **Skills and Competencies** * Teamwork * Proactivity and sense of urgency * Responsibility and commitment * Attention to detail * Problem-solving * Tolerance for working in rural environments or with animals **Special Conditions** * Availability to work onsite and under rural conditions. * Adherence to strict biosecurity protocols (clothing change, disinfection, etc.). * Willingness to reside at the farm or nearby (if required). **We Offer** * Competitive market-aligned salary * Statutory benefits * Ongoing training * Opportunities for growth within the technical department * Job stability
