




Job Summary: This Electrical Test Engineer position involves executing functional, performance, and reliability tests for electronic circuits in existing and new product lines, supporting design and development within an R&D structure. Job Description and Detailed Responsibilities * The Electrical Test Engineer will execute functional, performance, and reliability tests for electronic circuits, primarily solid-state and hybrid technology systems for existing product lines and during design and development of new products and technologies. * Will be responsible for supporting product design and corresponding documentation, working within an R&D structure. * Knowledge of electrical design methodology and practices, test equipment, and experience with test engineering platforms such as LabVIEW. * Support the generation, execution, and reporting of testing plans according to specified conditions defined by Electrical Engineers, verifying circuit functionality while working independently or integrated with other systems. * Participation in product development, covering certain aspects of electrical design including prototype preparation, evaluation, and qualification; supporting the product design process and collaborating closely with mechanical and industrialization engineers. * Participation in design reviews, verification, validation, and laboratory testing of new and existing products, as well as benchmarking studies. * High performer, capable of participating in technical project execution, demonstrating accountability for successful and timely completion of assigned tasks, deliverables, and product cost targets. * Ability to organize and write detailed technical testing reports from assigned test activities; proactive, applying observed technical lessons, self-learning, and self-motivated. * Clear and continuous communication with R&D team members and product development team members from other departments to meet deadlines. * Participation in industrialization and process improvement activities. * Document, follow up on, and implement a lessons-learned culture. * Troubleshoot production-floor testing equipment through analytical thinking, resolving complex engineering issues. Experience and Requirements * 3+ years of experience in product electrical testing or electrical laboratory functions. * BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. * Knowledge of printed circuit boards, hands-on laboratory experience to test and verify the performance of existing/new product designs and systems. * Knowledge of Circuit Design software (ECAD). * Knowledge of testing equipment firmware generation and optimization. * Ability and experience interpreting and writing Schematic Diagrams, Test Instructions, and Electrical Product Architecture Drawings. * Good communication, attitude, and teamwork skills. * Proficiency in English (75%), knowledge of MS Office. * Experience or knowledge in LabVIEW programs for testing and electrical simulation software is a plus. * U.S. Visa. * Experience with Engineering Change Orders (ECO) processes, generation of BOM structures, and New Product Introduction is a plus. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
