




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and ethical Sales Executive to represent our organization, focused on prospecting, approaching, and closing credit card application processes for INVEX, ensuring a professional customer experience. Professional, ethical, and effective experience in the sales process The Sales Executive is the commercial engine of the organization and represents its image. Their primary responsibility is prospecting, approaching, and closing registrations for INVEX credit card applications. They are responsible for converting customer interest into formal and complete applications, guaranteeing a professional, ethical, and effective experience. **Main Responsibilities:** * Active Prospecting: Identify and approach prospects at assigned points of sale or channels, clearly explaining the benefits, requirements, and differentiators of INVEX products. * Management Reporting: Report daily progress, captures, and status updates, as well as receive feedback, reporting performance against daily targets. * Quality Index: Accurately collect customer information and documentation to ensure over 95% of files are accepted by the Control Desk without errors. * Development: Actively participate in training programs and organizational culture initiatives to continue growing within the company. **Basic Requirements:** * Experience: Minimum 6 months in field sales, door-to-door sales, or financial services (preferred). * Education: Completed high school diploma. * Tools: Proficient use of digital devices (tablets/apps) and basic writing skills. * Ability to work under goal-oriented performance and commission-based compensation (uncapped), aligned with the sales plan. **We Offer:** * Base salary of $8,800 monthly. * Attractive uncapped commission scheme. * Ongoing training and growth opportunities within an expanding company.
