This person must be highly organized, committed, possess strong values, and be results-oriented. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on drones. * Create and keep updated maintenance manuals, operation instructions, and repair protocols. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operational drones, drones under repair, and drones scheduled for preventive maintenance. * Execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * Use platforms such as Monday or other tools for task tracking, workflow management, and reporting. * Develop and maintain clear, organized documentation for each technical intervention. * Keep inventory of parts, spare components, tools, and consumables up to date. * Ensure drones are ready and safe for field operations. * Collaborate with other departments (operations, design, logistics) to meet delivery deadlines. * Provide on-site support for drone shows ONLY when necessary (occasional travel). * Demonstrate schedule flexibility, especially during critical periods requiring work outside regular hours. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in technical drone maintenance, electronics, mechatronics, or related fields. * Knowledge of propulsion systems, basic electronics, flight control software, and firmware updates. * Proficiency in task management platforms (Monday or similar platforms preferred). * Strong organizational skills and focus on technical documentation. * Organized, loyal, values-driven, and responsible individual. * Preferred: knowledge of 3D printing, networking, soldering, and aviation regulations. * Technical English (preferred). * Availability for occasional travel and extended working hours if required by the project.
