Job Profile: Cutting and Preparation Assistant We are looking for a methodical and dynamic individual to join our production team in the cutting and assembly area. The primary objective of this position is to ensure that raw materials are prepared, cut, and organized with maximum precision to feed production lines. Main Responsibilities \* Fabric Spreading: Unroll fabric rolls onto the cutting table, ensuring edge alignment and absence of wrinkles or tension. \* Cutting Process: Verify specified measurements, handle fabrics, tarps, and other materials. Cuts are straight, and machinery is mounted on the cutting table for safer operation. \* Ticketing and Packaging: Identify, number, and group cut pieces by layer and material type. \* Quality Control: Detect fabric defects during spreading and report measurement deviations. \* Workflow Organization: Confirm that packages are complete and ready (prepared) for delivery to the sewing area. **Requirements and Skills** Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in textile cutting or garment manufacturing.
