




Commercial City: SINALOA Publication Date: Jan 12, 2026 Schedule: MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 8 AM TO 5 PM, SATURDAYS FROM 8 AM TO 12 PM Description: **Customer Solutions Assistant** **Position Objective** Timely and properly handle assigned Service Reports by daily reviewing each Service Report to address the customer’s request using management tools, thereby providing a satisfactory response to the request made. **Job Functions or Activities.** Report on services entering Shipment Control by daily reviewing shipment scans, supported by information from visit and control labels, through the CRM\-SOLUCIONA shipment management system, in order to assess and manage customer service, support, and attention. Providing feedback to operations regarding process deviations. Execute customer calls for shipments entered into Shipment Control in a timely and proper manner, through the daily coordination process of shipments and customer calls, to assess and manage customer service, support, and attention. Providing feedback to operations regarding process deviations. Generate reports for shipments requiring them, by tracking incidents related to shipments according to the operational cycle process, to notify and coordinate shipments as soon as possible. Requirements * Minimum Education: High School / Technical Degree. * Work Experience: More than 6 months. * Basic Office Software Knowledge. * Indicator Tracking.
