Ability to work under pressure We are hiring Cook A Job Responsibilities: Assist with cleaning and disinfecting equipment, work areas, and culinary tools Use machinery and utensils correctly Know food disinfection procedures and safe food handling practices Handle and serve from both hot and cold kitchen lines Know and perform vegetable and fruit cutting techniques Prepare and condition raw materials for service Prepare daily meals Apply appropriate cooking techniques for dishes Use required raw materials while minimizing waste and spoilage Inspect products to ensure they are in good condition Label products to facilitate handling Store products according to the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) system Comply with sanitary and safety policies for handling food and beverages Store prepared raw materials following hygiene standards and proper labeling Specific Competencies: \-Cooking skills and passion. \-Willingness to receive instructions. \-Ability to work under pressure.
