




Position Summary: Frialsa is seeking a Control Desk Administrator to manage goods registration, prepare operational reports, and interact directly with customers in a cold chain environment. Become part of our team as: **Control Desk Administrator** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Documentarily and/or systemically record all warehouse inbound, outbound, and relocation movements of goods. * Prepare and print necessary reports for warehouse operations. * Data entry and use of Office suite software. * Direct customer interaction. REQUIREMENTS: AVAILABILITY TO ROTATE SHIFTS every 4 weeks (monthly): 6 a.m.–2 p.m., 2 p.m.–10 p.m., Monday through Saturday. *Depending on operational needs, rotation into the third shift (10 p.m.–5 a.m.) may be requested.* Minimum Education: Completed high school (certificate) or incomplete bachelor’s degree. Experience: Minimum 2 verifiable years in similar activities. WMS proficiency (desirable but not mandatory). Intermediate Excel (pivot tables). Availability to rotate shifts. Work schedule: Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week. Service-oriented attitude. Problem-solving skills. DESIRED: Prior experience working in a Distribution Center.
