




Position Summary: Coordinate and validate receiving and shipping documentation, as well as resolve inventory discrepancies, to ensure data accuracy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Documentation registration and validation MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Primary responsibilities: · Register receipts and shipments in the system in real time. · Validate receiving and shipping documentation. · Coordinate with the warehouse for order preparation prior to shipment. · Resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records. · Ensure accuracy in data entry for received and shipped products. REQUIREMENTS · Proficiency in Microsoft Office · Minimum 2 years of experience in this position. · SAP proficiency is mandatory. · Experience with WMS, ERP or similar software. SCHEDULE · Availability to work rotating shifts. · 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. · 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. **Monday through Saturday.** LOCATION · City Park Logistics Park, Warehouse 2, before reaching Chedraui’s distribution center in Melchor Ocampo, State of Mexico.
