Be part of a dynamic company where teamwork and innovation push us further every day. **Accountant** **Position Objective:** Responsible for reviewing and recording the company’s revenues and expenses. **Responsibilities** * Registration and management of procedures before various government agencies. * Prepare and review accounting records, bank reconciliations, and financial statements. * Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing process. * Reconcile revenues and expenses through banks and the accounting system. * Record transactions in the accounting system. * Daily and weekly closing reporting. * Coordinate internal and external audits, preparing required documentation. * Supervise and support the accounting team (Junior Accountants, Accounting Assistants, etc.). * Analyze accounting and financial variances, proposing adjustments and improvements. * Support the preparation of financial reports for management. * Manage fixed assets, depreciation, provisions, and other relevant accounting entries. * Keep the company’s accounting procedures and policies up to date. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions. * Excel (advanced) * Knowledge of accounting software and use of IMSS, SAT, and SIPARE portals. * Competencies: Organizational skills, order, transparency, teamwork ability, strong communication skills. **Benefits:** \- 15-day year-end bonus \- 12 additional paid vacation days during the first year \- Statutory vacation days \- Vacation premium \- Birthday day off. **Schedule: On-site \- Monday to Friday**, 9 am \- 6 pm **Location:** Av.
