Currently seeking: **Computer Systems Technician** **Requirements:** * Completed engineering degree (Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field) (Preferably certified) * Experience as a Routing and Switching Engineer and IP Telephony Engineer, On-site or Field Technical Support, with experience in MW and GPON * 2 years of experience **Responsibilities:** * Addressing Layer 3, Layer 2, and voice-related failures * Addressing failures involving HSUs or ONTs * Component replacement * Operating system management * Customer service * Problem resolution (networks) * Fieldwork **We Offer:** * Net salary: $12,000 to $14,000 * Statutory benefits * Monday to Thursday, 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
