Field network troubleshooting * Responsibilities * Address Layer 3, Layer 2, and voice-related failures * Address failures involving HSUs or ONTs * Customer service * Corrective and preventive maintenance * Servers * Image loading * Troubleshooting (networks) * Field work Requirements: * Completed engineering degree (Telecommunications, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field) (Title preferred) * Experience as a Routing and Switching and IP Telephony Engineer, or On-site/Field Technical Support Engineer with experience in Microwave (MW) and GPON * 2 years of experience * Willingness to travel We offer: * Net salary * Statutory benefits * Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Work location: On the road
