Position Summary: We are seeking an engineer to troubleshoot network, voice, and device failures; perform maintenance; and resolve on-site issues, with experience in Routing and Switching and IP Telephony. Key Responsibilities: 1. Troubleshooting of Layer 3, Layer 2, and voice issues 2. Corrective and preventive maintenance 3. On-site network troubleshooting * Responsibilities * Troubleshoot Layer 3, Layer 2, and voice-related issues * Troubleshoot issues involving HSUs or ONTs * Customer support * Corrective and preventive maintenance * Servers * Image loading * Network troubleshooting * Field work Requirements: * Completed engineering degree (Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field) (Degree preferred) * Experience as a Routing and Switching and IP Telephony Engineer, or as On-Site/Field Technical Support Engineer with MW and GPON experience * 2 years of experience * Willingness to travel We offer: * Net salary * Statutory benefits * Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $12,000\.00 per month Work location: On the road
