Position Required: **Computer Systems Technician (Field)** Requirements: * Completed engineering degree (Telecommunications, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related field) (Title preferred) * Experience as a Routing and Switching Engineer and IP Telephony Engineer, or on-site/field technical support experience with MW and GPON technologies * 2 years of experience * **Motorcycle/car, valid driver’s license, and laptop are mandatory** Responsibilities: * Addressing Layer 3 and Layer 2 failures, as well as voice-related issues * Addressing failures involving HSUs or ONTs * Customer service * Corrective and preventive maintenance * Servers * Image loading * Troubleshooting (networks) * Field work We Offer: * Net salary * Gasoline allowance * Mobile phone top-ups * Statutory benefits * Monday to Sunday (one rotating day off) * Immediate hiring Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
