We are looking to add a **Collections Assistant** to our team, responsible for providing documentary support and administrative follow-up for our client portfolio, ensuring accurate control of invoicing, files, and administrative records. **Main Responsibilities:** * Administrative follow-up on issued invoices. * Physical and digital control and filing of client files. * Organization and updating of departmental folders. * Support in payment reconciliation and system entry. * Preparation and updating of internal reports. * Validation of documentation for credit and collections. * General administrative support. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in administrative fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative/collections activities. * Proficiency in Excel (basic to intermediate level). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and timely follow-up. * Proactivity and strong communication skills. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Positive work environment.
