* Maintain certified product systems up to date
* Update certified product databases
* Monitor progress of laboratory testing
* Supervise certification body engineers (certification process progress)
* Support the Import Department
* Safeguard NOM certificates
* Communicate with origin plants regarding certification of new products
* Communicate with BDMs regarding certification of product launches and obsolescences
* Handle external audits

**What qualifications will enable you to successfully perform this role?**
* **NOM Certification Management:** Obtaining, maintaining, and renewing NOM certificates
* **Document Management:** Managing and updating Schneider Electric’s internal NOM certificate control systems
* **Sample Management:** Coordinating sample supply for laboratory testing in accordance with regulatory requirements
* **Internal Technical Support:** Providing specialized technical advisory services related to certification
* **Audit Supervision:** Planning and executing pre-inspections and follow-up visits
* **Process Optimization:** Implementing strategies to reduce costs and timelines, and to continuously improve certification-related processes
