Foster a positive and functional work environment. **Job Objective** Supervise and coordinate dining room service to ensure an exceptional customer experience, proper operation of the waitstaff team, and adherence to the restaurant’s quality standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise waitstaff, hostesses, and floor personnel. * Ensure prompt, friendly, and high-quality service to customers. * Welcome customers and manage table assignments. * Effectively resolve customer complaints or incidents. * Supervise dining room cleanliness, organization, and setup. * Coordinate communication between kitchen and service staff. * Monitor service timing and table turnover. * Assist with order taking during peak demand periods. * Supervise compliance with service protocols and suggestive selling practices. * Assist with cash drawer reconciliation and shift closing. * Train staff on service, customer care, and restaurant standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure customer satisfaction. * Maintain an orderly, clean, and functional environment. * Ensure smooth operations during the shift. * Reduce customer wait times and service errors. * Foster a positive work environment within the team. **Candidate Profile** **Education:** Completed high school (technical or bachelor’s degree in tourism, gastronomy, or related field preferred). **Experience:** * 2–4 years in restaurants. * Prior experience as a head waiter, supervisor, or shift manager. **Knowledge:** * Restaurant service techniques. * Supervision of operational staff. * Point-of-sale (POS) systems. * Handling complaints and customer service. * Hygiene and service protocols. **Skills and Competencies** * Leadership * Service-oriented attitude * Effective communication * Conflict resolution * Working under pressure * Organization * Decision-making **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Customer satisfaction level * Service time per table * Table turnover rate * Average sales per diner * Number of complaints and their resolution * Compliance with service standards Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $13,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
