Opportunity to work in a results-oriented environment **"JOIN OUR TEAM"** APINTEC IS SEEKING: **BILLING CLERK** Requirements: * Technical degree or incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a billing assistant. * Proficiency in Excel: databases, pivot tables, and basic formulas and functions. * Experience using an ERP system. * Information analysis skills. * Knowledge of billing processes. * Teamwork skills. * Meticulous and reliable handling of documents. * Analytical mindset. * Sense of urgency. * Results-oriented. Responsibilities and Activities: * \- Enter orders into the ERP system on behalf of the sales department. * \- Issue invoices for orders. * \- Record orders in the logbook. * \- Deliver invoices to the Warehouse Department for material fulfillment. * \- Receive invoices for delivered orders and submit them to the Credit and Collections Department. * \- File daily journal entries and invoices. * \- Note whether color matching has been performed. * \- Monthly archiving of invoices, manual and system-generated delivery notes, and door-to-door shipping documents. * Support for annual inventory.
