Job Summary: This role involves receiving, registering, and verifying samples, ensuring their accurate identification, documentation, and delivery under optimal conditions while complying with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end sample management, from receipt to delivery. 2. Ensuring the integrity and accurate identification of all samples. 3. Maintaining accurate records and regulatory compliance. * Receive and verify incoming samples. * Register samples in the system, ensuring accurate identification and labeling. * Maintain accurate and detailed records of all received samples. * Ensure all documentation associated with samples is complete and correct. * Deliver samples to the warehouse, ensuring optimal conditions according to specifications. * Guarantee the integrity and accurate identification of all received samples. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all samples and their associated documentation. * Ensure all activities related to sample intake comply with applicable regulations and standards.
