Bank reconciliation and support for internal accounting controls **Industrial company seeks Accounting Assistant** **Purpose of the Position** Support the recording, control, and analysis of the company’s accounting transactions, ensuring compliance with current accounting and tax regulations, as well as maintaining updated financial information for sound decision-making. **Main Responsibilities** * Record accounting transactions in SAP Business system (disbursement vouchers and journal entries) * Classify documents according to their nature (expenses, accounts payable, suppliers, taxes, and payroll) * Verify correct deductibility of invoices received from creditors (SAT validation) * Record invoices received from creditors in SAP Business system and file printed copies * Comply with tax requirements for issuance and receipt of tax receipts. Maintain orderly and updated physical and digital archives of accounting documents. * Track payments (pending REP) and advances to creditors and suppliers (invoices pending issuance). * Bank reconciliation: Verify and reconcile bank statements with expenses recorded in SAP Business system; record bank fees and VAT. * Extract UUIDs for expense reporting in DIOT * Support implementation and improvement of internal accounting controls. * Assist in preparation of trial balance (reports on VAT withholdings, ISR, paid and collected VAT). * Monthly expense reconciliation and adjustment in SAP Business system. **Salary** * **$15,000 MXN per month, take-home pay** * Weekly payment **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Location** * Ignacio Allende 117, Zapata, 64390 Monterrey, N.L.
