Supports management in performance analysis and internal control. **Profile.** Degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related field**.** **Objective** To train, supervise, and control the execution of administrative and accounting procedures governing the company’s internal operations at the assigned branch. **Knowledge** * Proficiency in Office software and ERP systems. * Knowledge of general accounting, financial closings, and financial statement review. * Clear understanding of concepts: cost of goods sold, expenses, credit and cash sales, advances. * Internal control supervision. * Basic tax knowledge regarding invoicing and deductions. **Main Activities** * Ensure accounting information is accurate and timely; * Verify proper safeguarding of accounting and administrative information generated by various departments; * Perform financial closings and prepare reports; * Verify numerical reconciliations among different subsystems and accounting (reconciliations); * Support management in performance analysis; * Train, assist, and supervise operational areas on procedures, rules, and use of internal systems; * Execute internal control procedures: physical inventories, portfolio reconciliations, cash counts, and petty cash audits; * Review/prepare payroll previews and remittances; * Ensure compliance with local tax obligations; * Monitor safeguarding, proper use, and maintenance of company assets.
