Work schedule from Monday to Friday with a shortened Friday A reputable company in the industry is seeking an **"Accounting Assistant"** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Preparation and data entry of daily, income, and expense journal entries into the ERP system. * Account reconciliation and analysis of accounting ledgers. * Preparation of annual summary reports. * Management of depreciation and amortization schedules. * Bank reconciliations. * Monitoring and management of accounts payable. * Organization and archiving of journal entries in both digital and physical formats. REQUIREMENTS: * Up-to-date knowledge of tax reforms. * Experience with accounting software (COI, COMPAQ 2000, ORACLE). * Familiarity with the SAT portal (CSF, Compliance Opinion, invoicing). * Vendor payment management and control. * Basic knowledge of tax return preparation and submission (preferred). * Experience in accounts payable. * Costing knowledge (preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel. * Open to students or recent graduates in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
