Key Responsibilities: * **Payroll Management:** Manual and/or system-based pre\-payroll calculation, considering incidents (absences, tardiness, overtime, Sunday premiums). * **Special Deductions:** Management of **INFONAVIT** and **FONACOT** withholdings, as well as authorized internal deductions. * **Social Security:** Processing of **IDSE / SUA** transactions (hires, terminations, salary adjustments) and calculation of employer\-employee contributions. * Management of a small warehouse Requirements: * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (candidate or graduate). * **Experience:** 1 year * **Technical Knowledge:** * Familiarity with the Federal Labor Law and the Social Security Law. * Intermediate proficiency in **Excel** (pivot tables and lookup formulas). * **Skills:** Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion regarding sensitive information.
