Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant with experience in the construction industry to ensure timely accounting recording and analysis, as well as tax compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborative environment focused on detail and proactivity. **Position: Accounting Assistant (Construction Industry)** **Required Profile** * **Education:** Certified Public Accountant (intern/graduated) * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in a similar position. **Technical Knowledge:** * ERP Enkontrol (preferred). * SAP and/or CONTPAQi (preferred). * SAT platform. * Financial Reporting Standards. * Tax obligations before the SAT. * **Excel:** Intermediate level. * **Language:** Basic English. **Main Responsibilities** * Analysis and reconciliation of accounting accounts for monthly closing. * Monthly bank reconciliations in ERP. * Timely and accurate accounting entries in ERP (Enkontrol preferred). * Sales invoicing and generation of payment complements via ERP and SAT platform. * Creation and maintenance of customers and suppliers in the system. * Authorization of expense vouchers in the corresponding module. * Preparation of accrual journal entries. * Downloading and validation of SAT information (issued invoices, received invoices, and withheld taxes) against accounting records. * Filing of provisional and informative tax returns with the SAT. * Communication with clients regarding administrative and accounting matters. * Updating and maintaining tax database records. **Competencies** * Initiative and willingness to learn. * Strong attention to detail. * Proactivity. * Teamwork and good communication skills, due to constant interaction with other departments. **Job Mission** Accurately record and analyze the group’s accounting information, ensuring timely monthly closings and compliance with tax obligations.
