Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant with experience in general accounting, textile accounting, customs declarations, imports, exports, and foreign currency transaction records. Opportunity for professional development in general and textile accounting **(ÍNTIMA HOGAR COMERCIALIZADORA DE BLANCOS; COMO COLCHAS, EDREDONES, COBERTORES SOLICITA** **ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Age:** 25 years or older * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Financial Administration, or related field * **Workplace:** Av. el Convento Mz.1 Lt 15, 16 and 17 Fraccionamiento Industrial el Convento Tepotzotlán Estado de México, between Klassco and CECYTEM * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in general and textile accounting (preferred) **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE IN:** **Accounts Payable:** Maintain orderly and up-to-date records of outstanding payments. **Accounts Receivable:** Issue invoices to customers and track outstanding receivables. **Accounting Records:** Accurately and promptly record all financial transactions. **Customs Declarations, Imports & Exports:** Understand and apply laws and regulations related to imports and exports. **Foreign Currency Records:** Handle and record transactions in various foreign currencies. **Bank Reconciliations:** Review and reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy. **Federal and State Taxes:** Comply with legal and tax requirements at both federal and state government levels.
