Proficiency in accounting tools and advanced Excel Indefinite-term contract Full-time On-site Job Summary: The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for providing direct support to the company’s accounting and administrative departments, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions, document control, and assistance in various internal activities. This role is essential for maintaining organization, accuracy, and efficient information flow within the department. Duties and Responsibilities: Accounting Area: \- Record income, expense, and journal entries. \- Prepare and update basic financial reports. \- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations. \- Manage and archive tax documents (invoices, XML files, receipts). \- Enter accounting data into internal systems or accounting platforms. \- Track suppliers, payments, and accounts payable/receivable. \- Assist with tax filings and accounting processes under supervision. – Download and upload SAT invoices via ERP. \- Familiarity with IMSS Virtual Desktop. \- Experience with accounting software, preferably Contpaq. Requirements: Advanced Excel proficiency. Knowledge of invoicing procedures. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles (preferred).
