We have an excellent temporary opportunity for you as an **Accounting Assistant**, based in **CDMX**. **What will be your primary objective in this role?** Provide operational support to the accounting department by accurately and timely recording financial transactions, ensuring that accounting ledgers are up-to-date and properly reconciled. This includes monitoring billing processes, reconciliations, and accounting classification. **What will you do in this position?** * Analyze and correct errors across various systems * Reconcile accounts payable * Release held invoices * Manage accounting records * Verify that bank transactions match accounting records * Record income and expenses in bank accounts * Manage accounts receivable and payable: monitor supplier payments and customer collections * Analyze banking information * Perform intercompany reconciliations and prepare intercompany invoicing * Document filing and control: maintain physical and digital organization of accounting documentation * Update accounting databases: ensure information is current **What can you bring to this position?** * Temporary support for 6 months * Experience in financial analysis, cost and expense analysis * Experience in internal audit * Experience managing ERPs * 1 year of experience in accounting * Proficiency in ERP accounting systems such as SAP, ORACLE * English desirable * Advanced Excel * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting **Why should you join our team?** You’ll have the opportunity to work for an international company in a multicultural environment.
