Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (degree obtained) Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 verifiable years of experience in payroll administration * . Availability: Flexibility in working hours (especially during month-end/biweekly closing). Main Responsibilities: * Comprehensive payroll calculation: Processing weekly, biweekly, or monthly payrolls (earnings and deductions) * IMSS and INFONAVIT administration: Affiliation transactions (registrations, cancellations, salary adjustments), calculation of employer-employee contributions, and handling of IDSE/SUA. * Severance and settlement calculations: Determination of amounts in accordance with the Federal Labor Law. * Incident administration: Tracking absences, tardiness, medical leaves, vacations, and overtime hours. * CFDI payroll receipt stamping: Ensuring correct issuance and delivery of CFDI payroll receipts. * Informative tax declarations: Support in calculating the Payroll Tax (ISN) and annual ISR adjustments. Essential Technical Knowledge: * Federal Labor Law (LFT): Thorough understanding of articles related to wages, working hours, and employment termination. * Specialized software: Proficiency in systems such as ASPEL\-NOI, CONTPAQi Nóminas, or SAP. * Excel: Advanced level We offer: * Monthly Salary: **$15,000 to $18,000 Net** (based on experience). * Statutory benefits, with 90% contribution coverage. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. * Job stability and an excellent working environment.
