Compusof México We are looking for your talent as a field telecommunications technician. Requirements: Technical degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent in a related field. Experience as a field engineer/technician in telecommunications, systems, technical support, or related areas (6 months’ experience or recent graduate). Knowledge: * Computer equipment maintenance and repair. * Laser printers. * Telephony and networking (basic level). * Structured cabling (desirable). * Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) (**Diebold NextGen 5550 and 5500**). * Responsibilities: Diagnose failures reported by customers. Replace parts, track incidents, provide support, and close reports. 100% FIELD-BASED. * Job Responsibilities: Timely resolution of technical incidents and/or service requests reported by users, within the timeframes agreed upon with the client.
