Compusof México We are looking for your talent as a field telecommunications technician. Requirements: Technical degree in Computer Science, Systems, or equivalent in a related field. Experience as a field engineer/technician in telecommunications, systems, technical support, or related areas (6 months of experience or recent graduate). Knowledge: * Maintenance and repair of computer equipment. * Laser printers. * Telephony and networking (basic). * Structured cabling (desirable). * Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) (**Diebold NextGen 5550 and 5500**). * Responsibilities: Diagnose failures reported by customers. Replace components, track incidents, provide customer support, and close reports. 100% FIELD * Job Responsibilities: Promptly resolve technical incidents and/or service requests from users within the timeframes agreed upon with the customer.
