Interaction with customers and suppliers. **A condominium management company specializing in condominium administration is seeking an Accounting Assistant.** Requirements: * Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position. * Familiarity with software such as Casandra, Vivook, Condovive, etc. (preferred). * Proficiency in Office suite. * Experience interacting with customers and suppliers. * Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). * Knowledge of activities including: bank reconciliations, monthly closings, payment recording, check entry into the system, and payment allocation. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM to 1 PM. Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract. Salary: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month.
