Knowledge of sports, games and tournaments, casino slot games, table games. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure customers receive necessary assistance during their stay in the area. * Support user registration (onboarding). * Encourage user verification. * Assist with inquiries regarding deposits and withdrawals. * Utilize bonuses. * **Use of the online platform.** * Knowledge of tools to resolve customer inquiries. * **Support in floor activations to raise product awareness.** * Procedures for handling cash and valuables. * Shift closing procedures. * Ensure established processes for customer identification and responsible information handling are followed in the area. * Familiarity with customer loyalty programs and offers. **MAIN TASKS:** * Register customers on the online platform. * Encourage customer verification on the online platform. * Validate help desk status of registrations. * Activate promotions and bonuses for customers. * Offer customers assistance in making deposits. * Daily confirmation of events and promotions to be used per vertical. * Escalate online platform–related issues to the online coordinator or control desk. * Participate in and promote brand awareness activations within the establishment. * Analyze behavior in the area to identify external coordinators, external agents, or individuals who may refer customers to the online platform, and report findings to the online coordinator. * Conduct brief pre-shift meetings to coordinate team activities. **BENEFITS:** Statutory benefits.
