Join our team committed to innovative solutions. **Purpose of the Position** To carry out the installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of air conditioning equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial settings, ensuring proper operation, energy efficiency, and compliance with safety standards. **Position Requirements** Academic background: Technical degree in refrigeration, electricity, electromechanics, or related field. Experience: 2–3 years installing and maintaining residential and industrial air conditioning systems. **Knowledge** * Principles of refrigeration applied to air conditioning. * Basic electricity and applied electronics. * Use of manual and electric tools. * Industrial safety and hygiene regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Install air conditioning units including mini-split, cassette, floor-ceiling, packaged, and industrial systems. * Perform diagnostics and repairs of mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in equipment of varying capacities. * Conduct preventive maintenance: filter cleaning, duct inspection, thermostat calibration, pressure and refrigerant gas level verification. * Handle refrigerant gases in accordance with environmental and safety regulations. * Verify performance and energy consumption of installed equipment. * Prepare technical reports and document services performed. * Provide customers with guidance on proper use and care of air conditioning systems. * Comply with occupational safety protocols and applicable regulations for industrial installations. **We Offer** * Base biweekly salary * Statutory benefits * Travel allowances * Continuous training * Job stability * Indefinite-term contract * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30–18:00; Saturdays, 8:30–14:00 Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
