**Chemical Company Seeks:** **Administrative Assistant for Human Resources** **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum experience in Human Resources. * Basic knowledge of Payroll, Training, Recruitment and Selection. **Responsibilities:** * Provide support in administrative activities of Human Resources. * Manage personnel files (both active and inactive employees), including documentation such as disciplinary actions, loans, civil registry certificates, and other information related to each employee. * Calculate payroll and final settlements for unionized staff. * Register personnel changes in the system (hires, terminations, and salary adjustments). * Send pay slips to each employee’s email address. * Collect signatures and file payroll receipts. * Manage personnel files (both active and inactive employees). * Assist in verifying discrepancies in the biweekly payroll. * Deliver and file each employee’s Life Insurance Policy. **Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 18:30 hours (includes one-hour lunch break) **Work Location:** Ocoyoacac, State of Mexico **We Offer:** Direct hiring (not outsourcing) Permanent position subject to a probationary period Statutory benefits plus additional benefits (Savings Fund, Punctuality and Attendance Bonus, Life Insurance, Subsidized Cafeteria, additional leave beyond statutory requirements) **Interested candidates may apply through this channel.** Job Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company parking * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Life Insurance Work Location: On-site employment
