




Job Summary: Analyze, control, and monitor operational and administrative expenses to ensure efficient use of resources and support strategic decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous training and professional development **MISSION:** Analyze, control, and monitor the company’s operational and administrative expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources, compliance with internal policies, and proper documentation of expenditures, in order to support financial planning and strategic decision-making. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Review, validate, and control expense documentation (travel allowances, petty cash, operational expenses). * Verify that expenses comply with internal policies and tax requirements. * Monitor CAPEX and OPEX expenses. * Manage supplier invoicing and validate CFDIs. * Record and track expenses in administrative systems (SAE or others). * Support preparation of monthly and weekly budgets. * Reconcile expenses against authorized budget. * Generate executive reports for Management and Finance. * Control documentary evidence and information retention. * Coordinate with operational departments to clarify expenses. **PROFILE:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field. * Minimum of **1 to 2 years** of experience in expense control, expense verification, or administrative areas. * Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail. **TOOLS:** * **ASPEL SAE** (MANDATORY). * Microsoft Excel (intermediate level). * Electronic invoicing systems. * SAT portals. * Digital document control. **SKILLS:** * Numerical analysis and control. * Organization and follow-up. * Clear communication with internal departments. * Adherence to regulations and policies. * Handling of confidential information. * Working under pressure and meeting deadlines. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Immediate or short-term availability. * Knowledge of expense and travel allowance policies. * Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously. **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits. * Life insurance. * Continuous training.
