Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with customer service experience for a residential community, responsible for resident service, fee collection, report follow-up, and support for internal events and administrative tasks. If you have experience in customer service and administration, we are looking for you. **Job Responsibilities** * **Resident Service:** Provide friendly and timely service to residents, delivering information, guidance, and routing requests in accordance with the residential community’s guidelines. * **Maintenance Fee Collection:** Receive and record maintenance-related payments, issue corresponding receipts, and follow up on outstanding balances. * **Report Follow-up:** Receive, register, and promptly follow up on service, maintenance, security, or other reports, ensuring proper handling and resolution. * **Support for Internal Events:** Assist in the organization, logistics, and execution of events held within the residential community. * **Administrative Support:** Assist with administrative activities such as preparing reports, file management, document handling, and other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors. Important: Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Salary: $9,500.00 net Probationary contract for two months — thereafter, working hours and rest days improve Salary: $9,500.00 — $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
